How We Can Help...

What is a Unit Trust? Simply put, a Unit Trust is when money from multiple investors is managed by one single professional fund manager.

SJP's Unit Trusts are ideal if you have limited time (to spend researching the stock market, for example) and want to reduce the risk of your investment.

Investing in our Unit Trusts generally follows these steps:

  • Your investment money is pooled together with other investors, to make one fund
  • SJP's expert fund manager invests this money into different assets, including stocks, property and bonds
  • The total fund is divided into equal units, which are what investors buy
  • You hold the unit or units in hope of them increasing in value over time
  • You can exit the fund by selling your units at the bid price and you’ll make money if this is higher than the price you initially paid for that unit

There are multiple benefits to our Unit Trusts, supporting both your medium and long-term goals. In particular, they can be ideal if you have already used up your annual stocks and shares ISA allowance (£20,000) or can provide an alternative investment option on behalf of your children.

Our professional team of experts can help you decide whether making a Unit Trust investment is the right option for you and your financial objectives.
